Part-time Chef

£15.50 p/h

Around 20h per week, depending on business demand (varied rota with mainly evening shifts).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
• Assisting in the day-to-dayoperation of the kitchen
• Run the pass and stove in absence of senior chefs or when instructed by the head chef.
• Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
• Supporting the Head Chef with food preparation and service
• Taking part in breakfast, straight, and split shifts
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and ready for service
• Contributing ideas and passion to help drive the food offering forward

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a CDP or similar role
• Ability to managed starter, desert and main section of the kitchen
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Commitment to consistently high standards of food and hygiene
• A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Your own transport due to limited public transport links
